The Schüco 209796 is a centre strike plate for Schüco ADS HD multi-point locking gear, supplied as a single unit and fitted at the main lock position to receive the latch and bolt. It has a flat face plate measuring 18mm x 5.5mm in silver-coloured brass, and the same part number covers left-hand and right-hand doors in both inward and outward opening applications, so handing does not need to be specified when ordering.

Where It Fits
The 209796 sits at the main lock position on ADS HD rebated doors and receives the latch and bolt from the centre case. On 3-point gear such as the 211536 swing bolt lock with roller latch, or the 211397 version with standard latch, this centre plate is used in combination with the two-part top and bottom strike plates that receive the swing bolts.
