Schuco 211536 Three Point Door Lock with Roller Latch and Bolt Mechanism
The Schüco 211536 is a 3-point swing bolt lock with roller latch, designed for use in Schüco ADS HD rebated door systems. This multi-point locking gear combines a latch and bolt in the main lock case with two swing bolts, giving three positive locking points across a 2145mm faceplate. The Schüco 211536 swing bolt lock is supplied non-handed, so the same part number covers left-hand and right-hand doors in both inward and outward opening applications.
Technical Specification
The lock runs a 34mm backset with a 10mm spindle and a 92mm profile cylinder distance, fitted behind a 28mm wide U-shaped stainless steel (INOX) face plate. It is a single-turn, latch-retention gear with the latches, bolts and swing bolts finished in polished nickel plate. The roller latch version is specified where a smoother, quieter closing action is wanted in place of the standard latch.

Locking Points and Centres
The gear locks at three points. The main case sits centrally and carries the latch and bolt, with a swing bolt case positioned 575mm above and 575mm below the main case centreline. Each swing bolt case measures 130mm in length, and the drawing places the uppermost feature 320mm from the top of the faceplate and the lowermost 135mm from the bottom.
- Main lock: latch and bolt, centrally positioned
- Swing bolts: 2, at 575mm centres above and below the main case
- Swing bolt case length: 130mm each
- Total locking points: 3
Door Applications
The Schüco 211536 suits single-leaf rebated doors and the access leaf of double-leaf rebated doors within the ADS HD range. It is specified with an internal door handle and an external door pull as standard, and the roller latch version allows a handle to be used on both faces of the door where that operation is preferred. An electric strike cannot be used with this lock, so access control should be planned around a different locking option.
Testing and Corrosion Resistance
The lock is tested in accordance with EN 12209 and carries corrosion resistance to DIN EN 1670 class 3, which makes it suitable for entrance doors in exposed and high-traffic commercial positions as well as residential ones.
Ordered Separately
Several components are not included with the lock body and are ordered as separate items.

- Fixings, Schüco Art. No. 205 469
